Psychometric Assessments
Psychometric assessments are designed to measure an applicant’s suitability for a role based on the required personality characteristics, aptitude or cognitive abilities and integrity profile. All the psychometric assessments offered by the PISA Integrity Assessment Centre have been classified and registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, which is a legal requirement for their use in South Africa. Some of these examinations can be conducted online which means that they are available for use wherever there is a computer and internet connection available. All polygraph examiners affiliated with the PISA Integrity Assessment Centre are qualified and accredited and only use polygraph techniques that have been internationally accepted as valid and reliable. Our examiners are members of the Southern African Polygraph Federation.

Converus EyeDetect
EyeDetect® is a next-generation lie detector. It measures subtle changes in the eye to detect deception. EyeDetect is internationally used to screen job applicants, employees, parolees as well as law enforcement and public safety personnel. It is less evasive and more cost effective than traditional polygraph examination which makes it perfect for large scale or discreet applicant screenings. Despite this, it still boasts an accuracy rating of 86%.
